My art is dedicated to the beauty of both God’s Word and His Creation.

God’s Word tells us of His Love and invites us to see this love reflected in His Creation.

His Creation points us towards Himself and helps to illuminate the message in His Word.

All of my artwork is intended to foster spiritual insight and intimate knowledge of Our Lord and Savior. He is the Author and Creator of all – I only hope to reflect His glory and perhaps help illuminate His planning, promises, and passion for us as His children.

To those who receive one of these pieces:

I have been praying that, in a small way and according to God’s plan, this piece may inspire you to move towards a more intimate knowledge of the Father, the Son, and the joy to be found in their presence.

The scriptures chosen are from my own study of God’s Word which has found a special place in my heart and life.

The photographs are my work and represent various places and events which reflected the harmony and majesty of God to me.

The selection and combination of frame, photo, scripture and decoration is unique to each piece and has been assembled personally by me.

JA McNayr has been privileged to live in all three of the Western seaboard states: Washington, Oregon and California. Each state has provided a wealth of nature and scenery to appreciate and the inspiration to compose the pieces on this website.

With a love for the interplay of colors, a fascination with lines and shapes, an art framing class taken years ago, an initiation into the world of art and sales by a talented watercolorist, learning experiences with the crafts of scrapbooking and stamping, the expertise of a web-savvy son, and a life long study of and reflection on God’s Word – she has been so fortunate as to combine all these interests into one fabulous fulfilling activity.
